An off-the-grid mesh network based on Meshtastic, and funded and mantained by community volunteers.
The goal is to increase the density of the local network by deploying, maintaining, and managing, fixed-position Meshtastic radios strategically placed throughout Salem. Serving the immediate areas of Salem and the surrounding North Shore communities within range.
MQTT is not supported or relayed in order to adhere to the principles of a self-sufficient and off-the-grid (no internet connection) mesh network.
